The belt scale records the continuous material flow by means of the weighing with the incorporated load cell. The weighing station converts the vertical pressure into a horizontal tensile force via two maintenance-free pivot bearings. The tensile force is transmitted to the load cell sensor and converted by this into an electrical voltage signal. The weighing unit connected to the sensor evaluates the weight signal in relation to the belt speed tachometer and displays the idler transport rate in „t/h” (tons per hour) and the selected count in „t” (e.g. tons per day, tons per month or tons per year).

In close cooperation with the university of applied science in Düsseldorf, the C-LEVER® measurement procedure has been optimized to be an extremely precise and absolutely reliable measuring system for bulk and solids. The consistent pursuit of the goals that were set has led to a measurement procedure based on centrifugal force that is unique in the world and for which a patent is pending.


The C-LEVER®direct (CLD) flowmeter is characterized by the highest measurement accuracy. The various series are suited to the widest variety of applications – from truck pre-loading to controlling and dosing tasks in the bulk goods processing industry. A. SA Capacitance Level Switch


The capacitance level sensor measuring principle is based on the “capacitance effects”, when this level sensor is set on a silo, it will be formed a condenser between the detector electrode and the silo wall. The capacitance of this condenser varies proportional to the change of material specific inductivity (DK value) of the material stored in the silo, when the more material substances increased in the silo, the more capacitance value added simultaneously, then it will let his interior circuit “s resonant signal to create a bigger amplitude, and such a signal amplitude become more or less than factory default threshold value, the relay device will be energized.

B. EB RF-Capacitance Level Transmitter


Capacitance Level Indicator: Utilizes the capacitance formed between the sensing probe and the metallic vessel wall. A high frequency sine-wave is applied between the probe and the vessel wall. A change of the medium level will induce a change in the current of the applied sine wave. From Z=1/2pfc, when the capacitance in the vessel increase, impedance will decrease and current will increase. Vice-versa, when the capacitance in the vessel is small, the impedance will increase and current will decrease accordingly

C. EE Electromechanical Level Measuring System


EE200 series Electro-Mechanical Level Measuring System is consisted of plumb, cable wire, measuring pulley, position sensor, and control board. When measuring, the sensing weight will drop down and cable wire will rotate the measuring pulley. Position sensor and control board will calculate the distance of travel of the sensing weight(medium level) based on how many rotations measuring pulley accomplishes.
